How it all started?
Dimali started his activity in 2014 with a starting point in Fier, where he engaged in import-export and distribution of raw materials of flour and packaging for bakeries throughout Albania. Our passion and knowledge motivated us to open a production line for our own bakery in the touristic city of Berat, where our passion for quality led us to a new success with two locations near the city center.

Dimali's Journey
Dimali Bakery today has around 2,000 daily customers, where tradition, taste, quality and hygiene are the principles of our work. Over the years, Dimali has continued to evolve. In 2018, DIMALI was recognized for its reliability, quality, and competitive prices of its products. Dimali Bakery is the primary supplier for many bakeries in Albania.

Dimali Breads

Dimali Bread (loaf)
The "Dimali" Bread is one of our most preferred and highly appreciated products, due to its efficiency in quality, taste, color, and most importantly, it continues the tradition, as just one slice of it will bring back memories and resemble the bread of your grandmother.

Dimali Bread (round)
A perfect blend of the old and the modern, produced from "Dimali" flour using the same recipe as the "Dimali" loaf, fermented in baskets, arriving in a unique shape at your tables.

Village Bread (900 g)
This type of bread is produced from "Semolina" flour, a product of hard wheat (durum). The aroma of the sourdough, soft crumb, and crunchy crust make this type of bread even more appealing in taste.

Whole Wheat Bread
This type of bread comes through a diverse blend of four grain cultures, such as sesame, flaxseed, sunflower, as well as free grains, which are mixed both inside and outside its crust, thus offering us a distinctive combination of a dietary and flavorful bread.

Black Bread
This type of bread, as its color dictates, is made from dark flour, but the uniqueness of this bread lies in its coarse milling, allowing for the preservation of all its nutritional values.

Whole Grain Bread
Whole grain bread is primarily composed of whole grain flour, which has long been known for its healing properties. This type of bread is one of the healthiest products, aiding digestion, boosting metabolism, and improving diabetic tolerance.

Xhapata
Xhapata is a special Italian product, one of the favorites here, often compared to cheese due to its soft, light, and holey interior, offering a delicate texture in every slice. This type of product is topped with olive oil and salt, creating a perfect and distinct flavor for everyone.

Sourdough Bread
Made from sourdough starter, its fermentation always leaves a 'fresh trace' before producing this bread. Its shape is traditional (round).
